The appraisal journey

Begin with a no-obligation conversation. Share details and images of your asset with our team online or by telephone. We provide an indicative loan offer based on our initial assessment — no physical inspection required at this stage.

If you wish to proceed, our specialist arranges a discreet physical inspection at a location of your choosing — your home, office or our Mayfair premises. We examine the asset in person to verify condition, authenticity and provenance before confirming terms.

Following physical inspection, we issue a formal final valuation and confirmed loan offer. Once accepted, documentation is prepared swiftly and funds are typically released to your nominated account within 48 hours.
